Here is a dog so full of herself that she is overflowing with show dog attitude. As a puppy, she was in the ring 4 times and won her class every time. Then, after some maturity, we got serious about showing her. In the first set of shows, she took a 4 point major, here with Judge and Papillon breeder, Jan Paulk. Her sire is Kip, a Champion we bred.

Those low tables are terrible to display a Toy Dog and she didn't't like it. So, here she is with her win in Marilyn's arms.

The photographer lost her Championship photo so we never got one.

We're proud that, including the win above, Ellie finished her Championship in three sets of shows, which included FOUR TIMES as Best of Breed.

After winning her Championship, we sent her out with handler Jana Klein, (we were busy building a new home).

We thought she could get a few points toward her Grand Championship . . .

Yep, she won it in less than a month, including some more Best of Breed wins.

Jana was having so much fun winning that we decided to let Ellie stay out a little longer. She was showing for about 3 1/2 months and we brought her home to try for a litter of puppies.

In 3 1/2 months, she won enough points that she finished 2013 as the number 22 ranked Papillon IN THE UNITED STATES!

Here's much of why we delayed in taking her to the ring. Look at the fringe missing on the left ear! Thanks to playful puppies, who like to pull hair. It took a while to grow that in.

The pictures below show her at 3 1/2 months of age. You can see that "dare me" attitude even then.
